The gears require no side to side movement; consequently all gears are constantly in proper alignment. All Austin-Westran product now has constant mesh gearing! Features: Patent pending unique design permits changing speeds without shifting gears. No detent required to position gears. Eliminates hard shifting due to "grease pumping" in cold weather.
