The special Image 2000SM premium process will reproduce your photographic image on the surface of standard-sized white VGard or Advance Caps with a minimum order of 20 with no extra running charge. You supply a digital file or photo, and we take it from there. Photo examples: company headquarters, a new site where groundbreaking will take place, a product illustration, a political candidate’s photo, etc.

Order your own logo and/or slogan to be imprinted on the helmet style and shell color of your choice. Logos can be printed in up to four colors or 4 color process and on as many as four locations on the hard hat surface. OR - Use our standard logos in your own way! Choose from the standard logos and/or slogans we already have available, without a set-up charge. (see below) Pick a helmet style and color, and your made-to-order hard hats will be ready in no time. Customized striping is available with any helmet you choose.

ABOUT MSA’S PROTECTIVE HARD HATS
MSA’s popular V-Gard® consists of polyethylene shell and suspension working together as a protective system. You may choose either MSA’s classic Staz-On® Suspension, ratchet Fas-Trac® Suspension, or New One-Touch Suspension. MSA’s new Advance™ Cap has 6 large air vents for improved air circulation, lateral contours above the ear for easy integration of hearing protection, a rain gutter, soft absorbent sweatband and Fas-Trac suspension. MSA offers you two distinctively different cap styles that meet or exceed the applicable requirements for a Type 1 helmet (top impact) as outlined in ANSIZ89.1 2010. V-Gard Caps met Class E, and vented Advance Caps meet Class C. They are not designed to protect against lateral blows from the front, side, or rear.

(AND HOW TO SUPPLY IT) Today’s technology allows the reproduction of almost any design or logo you want from high-quality artwork THAT YOU SUPPLY.
PROVIDE ARTWORK ELECTRONICALLY • Save files in their native format, such as Corel Draw, Illustrator, Freehand, or Photoshop (PCcompatible files only). Vector files with outlined text are preferred. • Save all rasterized files, such as JPEG, TIFF, etc. at 300 dpi minimum. The greater the resolution, the better the quality for reproduction. • Allow additional production times for submission, of low-resolution logo files. • Include the font style if possible. • Include the PMS numbers of your colors since colors may not translate exactly by email. • Provide all linked graphics. • Make a test print of your file, if you cannot print it, neither can we.
PROVIDING A HARD COPY OF ARTWORK • If using a business card or letterhead stationary as the “artwork”, provide two samples. Mark up one sample, indicate ONLY the items you want on your hard hat logo. ALSO, provide an unmarked sample to scan for use as your artwork. IMPORTANT: The Image 2000 premium process (photographic quality images) requires a digital file or a photo of the logo for scanning. Other types of artwork which can be used for regular logos, like business cards and letterhead, are NOT acceptable for this premium process.
