4.8 The Promotion only applies for retail customers. Shopee reserves the right to refuse the application of the Promotion to any purchase which appears or is proven to be made by traders. 4.9 How to enjoy the Offer: -

At the payment stage, the Eligible Cardholder must follow instructions as shown on www.hsbc.com.vn and Shopee in order to be entitled to the Offer.
4.10 Promotion cannot be replaced with any other products or exchanged for cash. 4.11 Purchases at Shopee will be subject to terms and conditions of Shopee. 4.12 The Cardholders may be requested by HSBC to provide the financial invoice and relevant supporting documents to prove that the transaction is eligible. In case that the Cardholder does not or fails to prove that the transaction is eligible, HSBC reserves the right to deduct his/her transactions from the value of eligible purchase transactions. 4.13 All matters related to the Offer at Shopee will be resolved by Shopee, and Shopee’s decisions are final. 5. In case of any dispute related to this Promotion, Shopee and HSBC shall resolve disputes in co-operation with the customer. If the parties fail to reach an agreement, disputes will be resolved in accordance with Vietnamese laws. 6. HSBC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to customers, after completing necessary procedures as required by law. 7. These Terms and Conditions are available in both English and Vietnamese versions. In case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and Vietnamese version, the Vietnamese version shall prevail.
