 Respiration Fitness is a series of fitness classes that cater for everyone. 

Our aim is to provide classes that cater for those who don’t exercise often, or are trying classes for the first time to those who partake in regular exercise be it individually or for a club or team.

 The drive behind Respiration is simply to make you healthier. 

By partaking in exercise regularly you can reduce the chances of heart disease, strokes, high blood pressure and even improve your cholesterol level.

 Regular exercise can help prevent bone and joint problems such as osteoporosis, medical research has also shown it can help reduce the risk of certain cancers.  Whilst achieving all of this on the inside, you will be radiant on the outside, losing weight, toning and feeling generally happier about yourself and the way you look!  We have some of the best aerobics and fitness instructors in the area who have a fantastic range of fitness qualifications, and are members of various fitness organisations (including REPS). 

Respiration fitness is due to start winter 2010.
