This list is a compilation of documentation submitted to the Division of Children and Families for compliance with the provisions of Rules of the Louisiana Supreme Court, Part J, Rule XXXV (Attorney Qualifications and Standards). The attorneys included on this list have submitted evidence documenting qualification compliance for the year(s) indicated. (Please note that after 2005, documentation of competency signed by a judge is no longer sufficient.) As of 1/1/06, attorneys are required to complete a minimum of 6 hours of approved continuing legal education each year. The posting of attorneys on this list indicates only the status of their compliance with the qualifications requirement and is not intended to indicate their availability to represent any child in any court.
