1. Mitosis. • Mitosis merupakan proses pembelahan selinduk membentuk dua sel-anak dengan karyotip identik, dan identik pula dengan sel-induk sebelumnya. • Pembelahan sel mitosis terjadi di sel somatis maupun sel gametik. • Fase dimana sel tidak dlm fase membelah disbt. Interphase. Pd fase ini sel sedang ber metabolis atau ber istirahat (fase Gap1 atau Gap2). • Pembelahan Mitosis terdiri atas 4 fase : Prophase – Metaphase – Anaphase – Telophase.
1. Mitosis.
• 2. Meiosis. – Diploid nukleus di akhir mitosis mengandung satu haploid set kromosom berasal dari ibu dan satu lainnya dari ayah. – Pembelahan meiosis pd proses gametogenesis akan menghasilkan sel ovum dan sel sperma dengan haploid set kromosom. – Pembelahan meiosis terjadi dalam dua tahapan, yakni : Meiosis-I dan Meiosis-II. • Meiosis-I (the first meiotic division). – Terjadi dalam 4 fase : Prophase-I, Metaphase-I, Anaphase-I dan Telophase-I.
• Meiosis-II ( the second meiotic division). – Fase meiosis ini mirip dgn pembelahan sel mitosis. – Prophase-II. • Kondensasi kromosom.
– Metaphase-II. • Kedua anak-sel mengorganisir spindle melekat ke centromere yg masih menyatu utk kedua sister chromatid. • Centromere berada diequator bidang spindle meiosis-II.
– Anaphase-II. • Centromere membelah dua, dan kedua chromatid tertarik ke kedua kutub sel.
– Telophase-II. • Nuclear membrane terbentuk mengelilingi setiap set kromosom dan terjadi proses cytokinesis. • Kromosom memanjang dan menipis.
– Akhir proses pembelahan sel meiosis, akan terbentuk 4 buah anak sel haploid dari sebuah sel diploid.
