We're there to capture every moment and emotion leading up to walking down the isle. We believe that arriving early to capture these moments is essential to telling a beginning, middle, and end to your unique story.
Your ceremony will be recorded with multiple cameras from start to finish so we never miss a second of you or your guests. Multiple audio sources ensure every voice is heard and every vow is captured to the fullest.

THE LITTLE THINGS Taxes & Travel Fees - All taxes and fees are included in package cost. If less than 100 miles outside Denver/Boulder, travel is included! Music - Licensing is important to abide by federal copyright laws, so we can only use music from approved websites. We can however take suggestions of genres or styles of music you enjoy! Other Options: Photography, Engagement Trailers, Additional Short Films + Documentary Film Options also available!
OUTER WOODS MEDIA CINEMATIC WEDDING FILMS To make the booking process easier, we’ve created three forms for you to fill out to communicate your day with us.
FORM 1 + AGREEMENT This binds the agreement between you and Outer Woods Media. It also allows you to choose your wedding film package. After this form is submitted, we will email you a final cost invoice & agreement for your package selections based on this form with a link to pay online. Please wait for this email before making a payment. You are required to make the first 50% deposit on your dated invoice. The second 50% deposit is not due until the final draft is finished and all projects are complete.
FORM 2 If you have all the details of your wedding confirmed, go ahead and fill out Form 2. Form 2 allows you to communicate the events of your wedding day in the format we need to produce a successful film. This form will be our guide to follow while filming your wedding. You should have this filled out at least 2 - 3 weeks prior to your wedding and we will send you reminders. We don’t recommend filling this out until you have every detail confirmed!
FORM 3 Within 48 hours following your wedding date, I will email you our third and final form, Form 3. This is where the creative fun begins! You can select your song(s) and provide us with any notes to follow while editing your film. Depending on project details and extras added on, the final product typically takes 4-6 weeks to complete. There is always one round of feedback where you can see the direction and close-to-final project(s). Please see Packages page for distribution options and all available extras!
