College of Business Administration – Harper College

The heart of every Marquette University academic program consists of the University Core of Common Studies (UCCS). The Core provides students with the knowledge, skills and values that define a Marquette education. All students complete courses in nine knowledge areas as part of their degree. Students in the College of Business Administration complete these UCCS courses within the framework of the college curriculum listed below. Business majors available to transfer students include: accounting, economics, entrepreneurship, finance, human resources, information technology, international business, marketing, operations and supply chain management and real estate. Transfer courses may satisfy core requirements, count toward a major, or count as electives. Additional credits may be awarded through AP, IB or CLEP examinations (official scores must be submitted directly from the testing agency to Marquette University). For information on AP/IB/CLEP course credit awards http://bulletin.marquette.edu/undergrad/admissionprocedures/#placementexamcredit. Transfer students accepted to Marquette can view their official “Transfer Credit” evaluation via their CheckMarq account. Marquette University 2015-2016 Bulletin
