How to create a custom Layout Style template for printing from Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook? Start with selecting a Layout Style template close to the look you want. Next, use the P-touch Editor to modify the template and save it under a new Layout Style template name. The following steps show how to change the “Standard Address 1” template in Arial font to a Times New Roman font, have it italicize, and save it under the new template name “Standard Address 4”. Step 1. a) Highlight the text in the Microsoft software. b) Click on the P-touch icon in the tool bar to open the P-touch Editor preview window. Please note: Changing the font in the Microsoft Word, Excel, or Outlook will not effect how the text appears on the label.
