Keterangan barangan : Barangan dinamakan sebagai Landing Legs atau Landing Gears berbentuk tubing yang dibuat daripada keluli dan mempunyai sifat telescopic di mana ia boleh dipanjang dan dipendekkan. Berdasarkan spesifikasi dan senarai komponen yang dikemukakan oleh syarikat, secara asasnya (basically), barangan terdiri daripada : i. ii. iii. iv.
a leg made from steel tubing, a flat foot pad, a combination screw and nut a gear mechanism which is manually cranked by means of a z-shaped handle.

Barangan akan dipasang (mounted) secara kekal pada bahagian hadapan semi-trailer. Fungsi barangan ini adalah to sustain the weight of the trailer. When the prime mover is removed from the trailer, landing legs/landing gear have to move down as to ensure the trailer position is even.
Bahagian dalam (inner portion) kaki boleh di cranked down apabila semi-trailer dipisahkan daripada traktor untuk mengekalkan semi-trailer pada kedudukan yang stabil, dan ia boleh tertarik semula pada kedudukan asal apabila semi-trailer disambung kepada traktor/prime mover. Ketetapan Ketua Pengarah Kastam memutuskan barangan ini sesuai diperjeniskan di bawah kod tariff 8425.49.20 00 sebagai other jack of a kind used for raising vehicles not electrically operated berdasarkan alasan-alasan berikut : (i)
Barangan akan dipasang secara kekal pada semi-trailer. Kegunaan barangan adalah untuk menampung (sustain) berat semi-trailer apabila ia dipisahkan daripada traktor. Landing Leg ini akan raised the trailer pada kedudukan yang stabil..

Barangan menggunakan a gear mechanism which is manually cranked by means of a zshaped handle.
(iii) Berdasarkan keterangan di atas, barangan sesuai diperjeniskan di bawah subheading 8425.49 dan mendapat liputan dalam HS EN muka surat XVI-84.25-1 seperti berikut: 84.25 - Pulley tackle and hoist other than skip hoists; winched and capstans; jacks - Pulley tackle and hoists other than skiphoists or hoists of a kind used for raising vehicles : 8425.11 - Powered by electric motor 8425.19 - Other - Winches; capstans : 8425.31 - - Power by electric motors 8425.39 - - Other - Jacks; hoists of a kind used for raising vehicles: 8425.41 - - Built-in jacking system of a type used in garages 8425.42 - - Other jacks and hoist, hydraulic 8425.49 - - Other This heading covers simple lifting or handling equipment. The provisions of Explanatory Note to heading 84.26 apply, mutatis mutandis, to the equipment of this heading insofar as they concern self-propelled and other “mobile” machines, multifunction machines and lifting, loading, handling etc., machines intended for incorporation in other machines or for mounting on transport vehicles or vessels of Section XVII. However, if a winch is the normal working tool of a tractor, the complete machine (tractors and winch) is classifiable in heading 87.01. This heading covers :
(III) Jacks Jacks are designed to raise heavy loads though short distances.
