Diagnostics Making the right choice for your business STEP 1 - Decide the Level of Diagnostics Suitable for your Business Diagnostics or Diagnostics with additional component testing Delphi's Mini VCI is for Diagnostics via the vehicle's ECU It can be used with all Delphi Hardware Platform options or with your own laptop utilising a Bluetooth Dongle. To take your diagnostics capalbility further to have the ability of individual component testing, Delphi recommend the Pico Automotive Oscilloscope kit. These are availble as 2 or 4 channel kits and turn your laptop or desktop PC into a powerful automotive diagnostic tool for fault finding the increasing number of sensors, actuators and electronic circuits found on today’s vehicles. The kits can be used to measure and test virtually all of the electrical and electronic components and circuits in any modern vehicle including: • Ignition (primary and secondary) • Injectors and fuel pumps • Starter and charging circuits • Batteries, alternators and starter motors • Lambda, Airflow, knock and MAP sensors • Glow plugs / timer relays • CAN bus, LIN bus and FlexRay (Delphi's Bluetooth Dongle has been validated for accurate communication with our VCI)

A standalone package utilizing the garage mechanic’s own PC
A simple software license addition to existing Delphi Diagnostic miniVCI owners.
Only the additional 16pin 24v adapter cable is required
