Call for applications: Erasmus Plus scholarships to study at Jagiellonian University (JU) during the spring semester of 2017 and fall semester of 2017-18*

The European Union is offering scholarships for Bachelor's, Master's and PhD students to study at JU within the Erasmus Plus Program. Detailed information is available in the table below. University Name Website

Language Instruction Requirements

A. Registered student at TAU B. Minimum average of 80 C. Fluent English – the minimum required level is B2 D. Students from all fields of studies can apply, priority will be given to students from the following fields: Political Sciences, History, Religion and Theology, Physics.

E. Courses are taught in English in the following fields: Health Sciences, Philosophy, Mathematics and Computer Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry and Biotechnology, Management and Social Communication, Social Sciences, Political Sciences, Humanities, Biology and Earth Sciences, Political Sciences and International Relations, Law, Physics, Philology. F. Bachelor's and master's students can only participate in the program from the 1st semester of the 2nd year of studies until the 1st semester of the last year of studies. G. PhD students can arrive to JU for a shorter period than 6 months (the minimum period is 3 months). Since PhD students do not

have to take courses, they can also arrive to JU during the summer for example, and not necessarily during the semester dates, as long as their supervisor is present at JU during their stay and approves the dates. Learning agreement – this document sets out the study program to be followed by the student. It needs to include all the classes that you plan to take at UAIC and the number of credits earned in each class. It needs to be completed and signed by the academic advisor at TAU and by the coordinator of the office of international academic affairs at UAIC prior to the mobility.

Required insurance

Medical Insurance: Students are required to purchase a comprehensive health insurance for the whole duration of stay, including travel.

The mobility will take place during the spring semester of 2017 or during the fall semester of 2017-18

Liability Insurance: Students are required to purchase liability insurance for the whole duration of stay.

It is under the student responsibility to insure himself/herself for the whole duration of stay Students are required to submit a proof of insurance to the office of international academic affairs at TAU prior to their mobility period.
