STEP 2- SDS WILL PREPARE CLIENT FILE AND LOGIN NEW BOOKING IN THE SYSTEM. RECEIPT WILL BE GIVEN TO INDIA BULL’S TEAM.
STEP 3- THE BUILDER BUYER AGREEMENT WILL BE EXECUTED ONLY AFTER RECEIPT OF MINIMUM 15% AMOUNT OF THE TOTAL SALES CONSIDERATION.
STEP 4- BANK LOAN CASES REQUIRE EXTRA TIME OF 3 TO 5 WORKNG DAYS TO PROVIDE TPA & PTM AFTER SUBMISSION OF SANCTION LETTER.
