Business Tools Stilio offers a “business in a box” solution for real estate photography. Business tools are free for photographers in the Stilio network. Marketing Profile Create a personal profile that highlights your real estate photography services. Your profile includes your personal: - products and pricing - portfolio, profile photo, and cover photo - terms and conditions - service areas and travel fees - availability
Online Ordering and Messaging When an agent wants to book with you, they can place their order immediately through an easy, online ordering system. Their request will include the listing address, products ordered, requested time/date, and any special notes about the shoot. You will be notified that an order has been placed. You can then accept the order, or negotiate a different appt. time in Stilio’s in-app messaging tool. Calendar and Scheduling Tools Stilio’s calendar tool allows you to set your general availability (i.e. Mondays through Wednesdays from 9:00am - 5:00pm, and Saturdays from 3:00pm to 6:00pm). You can also mark yourself as unavailable for day-to-day appointments at anytime. Once you have confirmed a Stilio shoot, your shoot will show up on your Stilio calendar. And don’t worry, your Stilio calendar can sync with your Google calendar to make calendar management quick and painless. Editing Stilio’s world class editing team can handle all of your editing needs so that you have more time to grow your business. Payment and Invoicing Tools With Stilio you no longer need to worry about invoicing and collecting payment from your clients. Stilio automatically creates your invoices, based on your pricing. If anything changes, you are able to easily edit the order from your dashboard. After your products are uploaded and processed by Stilio, your client will receive their invoice. Products are not released to the client until payment is made. After the agent pays the invoice, you will receive a direct deposit into your account, less the Stilio processing fee and associated credit card fee. Photo Delivery Stilio delivers all of your products to your clients, so no need to worry about hosting, storage, or delivery. All you have to do is upload your products to be processed, and Stilio takes it from there. This includes resizing your photos to fit the MLS requirements, as well as editing (if using Stilio editing) and inserting your products into the free Stilio virtual tour. When the agent pays for the photos, you and the agent will receive download links. Dashboard Your Stilio dashboard keeps helps you manage your real estate photography business from one place. On the dashboard you can find all of your upcoming and past orders, message history, and reports on your earnings. You can also make changes to your calendar or your profile from the dashboard.
Marketplace Being a part of Stilio’s nationwide network comes with perks! Marketing Stilio invests heavily in marketing to real estate agents so that you don’t have to! Our marketing team is hard at work bringing real estate agents to the Stilio network so that you can reap the rewards.
