First Time Login Procedure for Dell Hosted PrimeSUITE +S Summary: The purpose of this document is to walk a user through setting up their Dell User profile so the initial password can be changed. Once the password has been changed the user will then be able to log into vWorkspace and the PrimeSUITE application. Completion of this process will also result in the end user having the ability to recover lost or forgotten passwords themselves without having to call or email Greenway Support for assistance.

1. Open a web browser and go to https://access.primesuitelogin.com. Click on the “change password” link in the upper right corner of the Greenway login page.

If the user attempts to log into vWorkspace prior to changing the initial password that was assigned to their account, the following error message will be displayed.

2. Enter the Username provided for the Greenway/Dell user account and then enter the CAPTCHA information in the appropriate boxes and click the “OK” button at the bottom right.

3. Before logging into Dell vWorkspace for the first time, the Dell username profile has to be setup so the initial password can be changed. The user will be presented with the following screen to setup the questions and answer profile. Click on the “My Questions and Answer Profile” link.

4. Next, enter the initial Dell user account password that was assigned and click next at the bottom right.

5. At the next screen, enter answers for the three questions presented and also make up one unique question for a total of four profile questions and answers. After all the questions and answers have been entered and confirmed, hit “Next” in the bottom right corner.

6. At this point the Questions and Answers profile section of the Self Service Password Portal has been completed. Click on the “Go to home page” link to go back to the main screen. Also, if a valid email was provided and linked properly to the Dell login account, a notification will be sent to the user anytime a change is made to the user account profile. This includes updating the questions and answers profile, password changes and notices of future password expirations.

7. From the main screen there will be many options to manage the user account profile and password for Greenway/Dell access. For this next step, click on the “Manage My Passwords” link.

8. The next screen is where the user will have to provide the initial password for Greenway/Dell access and hit next at the bottom right.

9. On the next screen the user is presented with the Greenway/Dell password policy to follow when choosing the new password. After the new password has been entered and confirmed, hit next at the bottom right corner.

10. Now the user has successfully setup their Dell Username profile and changed the Greenway/Dell access password through the Self Service Password Portal. The user is now able to log into Dell and PrimeSUITE to work. Just click on the “X” in the upper right corner of the box and go back to the main Greenway login page.

11. Now the user is back at the home page and can log into Dell vWorkspace and then into the PrimeSUITE application.
