And then the next one there, the irritable bowel syndrome diet still has on average 1,000 Australian’s typing this search term into Google every month
Long Tail Search Term When you type into Google 3 or more words that's termed as a long tail search term Whoa, I got excited and run ahead, lets back up for a moment and I will explain how I got the above information from Google
Google Predictive Behavior As you type in your search terms, Google begins to predict what you are going to type in based on what millions of other users are typing in, it’s called predictive behavior.

Look at this search term, “irritable bowel syndrome foods to avoid”, it's right up there, people are typing this long tail keyword search into Google. It's amazing information and it is your first clue as to what your buyers are typing into Google, go ahead and try it with some of the search terms you think your buyers are using Google Keyword Planner Tool Okay, here's what I want to show you. This is a very powerful tool. This is where we start to identify if we can help a business owner make more money from their online presence.

Click on Google AdWords Keyword Planner and Open
Sign into AdWords with your Gmail account If you don’t have a Gmail account create one and I recommend that you use your business name or a Keyword rich name such as;

Make sure the page is open on “Tools” And then click on “search for new keyword and ad group ideas”
Next 1—type in your search terms 2—select your targeted area 3—select your date range you can compare multiple times i.e. you could last 12 months to the previous 12 months 4—select broadly related or closely related ideas, PS, don’t be scared to play around with this, you need to take the time to really understand what search terms your buyers are using
For the purpose of this training I am going to use the Search Term “Real Estate Bairnsdale”

Using Bairnsdale as the location the results are; on average is 30 visitors per month
If we change the location to Melbourne The results show an increase of 180 visitors per month typing in “Real Estate Bairnsdale”
If we change the location to Victoria the results show an increase of another 60 visitors per month and a total of 230 more than just the Bairnsdale region

And if we change the location to Australia, the results show an increase of another 60 visitors per month outside of Victoria and 290 more visitors than just Bairnsdale region
Traditional Advertising Mindsets And Mr. Local Real Estate Agent with his traditional Marketing mindset is saying, “I’ll just put a few photos up and I really don’t want to show them all the house, I'll get them to come in or call me and they will come down and see me, because ----“like, hello!! I reckon any real estate agents in the region would crawl over broken glass -- to get 29,000 people coming their front door every year, or 80 people a day. Do you know of any local real estate agent that's got 80 people a day walking in their office door? And the above is only a minute amount of the search terms used by buyers in the Real Estate Sector, what about “house for Sale,” or “Land for Sale,” or “Properties for sale?” Traditional Media---will not reach this audience in such a cost effective manner and applying old marketing advertising techniques to your online strategies will not work either and I will explain later how to “sell’ to your online buyer.
