ABSTRAK
Akupuntur merupakan pengobatan alternatif yang didasarkan pada teori memasukkan jarum halus dititik-titik tertentu pada tubuh untuk membantu memulihkan kesehatan dan kebugaran bagi tubuh, sehingga menjadi suatu perhatian khusus terhadap semua orang yang menginginkan kesembuhan pada penyakit yang dideritanya. Studi ini memfokuskan pada tindakan sosial pada pasien dalam melakukan pengobatan akupuntur di kota Surabaya sebagai proses penyembuhan penyakit.
