Hubungan Fear of Failure dengan Minat Berwirausaha MLM pada Mahasiswa di Kota Medan Cipta Arief Wibawa dan Cherly Kemala Ulfa ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan fear of failure terhadap minat berwirausaha MLM pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang berdomisili di kota Medan dan berjumlah 105 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Karakteristik subjek adalah mahasiswa yang berdomisili di kota Medan dan mengetahui tentang wirausaha MLM. Penelitian ini diukur menggunakan skala, yaitu skala minat berwirausaha MLM dan skala fear of failure. Hasil analisa data penelitian dengan menggunakan analisa pearson product moment menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara fear of failure dengan minat berwirausaha (rxy= - 0,676 dan P=0,000). Hasil penelitian ini selanjutnya dapat memperkaya ilmu Psikologi Industri dan Organisasi bahwa ada hubungan antara fear of failure dengan minat berwirausaha Kata kunci : minat berwirausaha, fear of failure

Relationship of Fear of Failure and Interest in MLM Entrepreneurship among students in Medan City. Cipta Arief Wibawa dan Cherly Kemala Ulfa ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship of fear of failure and interest in MLM entrepreneurship on students in Medan city. This study used a quantitative approach. Involving 105 students in Medan as research samples. The samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. The subjects characteristic were students live in the city of Medan and know about MLM entrepreneurs. This research were measured using scale; the scale of interest in MLM entrepreneurship and the scale of fear of failure. The result of data analysis using pearson product moment showed that there is a relationship between fear of failure and interest in MLM entrepreneurship (rxy= - 0,676 dan P=0,000). This research implications are the level of interest in MLM entrepreneurship is in the medium category, and the level of fear of failure is in the medium category. Results of this study can further enrich Industrial and Organizational Psychology science that fear of failure have correlate with entrepreneurship interest.
