PaCIC Intelligence Liaison Officer Program • ILO program is part of a national initiative. • Police officer, investigator, agency representative who is selected, trained and certified, serves as a conduit of information between their department and PaCIC. • Liaison officer disseminates information within their agency, networks with other agencies in their region and conducts community outreach.
