NATIONAL WATER COMMISSION JOGGERS TERMS & CONDITIONS, MONA RESERVOIR
The NWC reserves the right to revoke the permit at any time for any reason, particularly for any breach of the terms and conditions stated hereunder: -
1. No person will be allowed entry to these facilities without the prescribed I.D Card, which must be presented to the uniformed Security Personnel on duty. 2. All joggers will assist security officers by wearing a valid I.D card in a visible position, face out, whilst on these facilities. Failure to do so could lead to termination of the permit and denial of further access. 3. Walking along the curb wall, towers or inlets of the reservoir is strictly prohibited. 4. The I.D Card is valid for one year and allows entry only to the person whose picture is displayed. 5. Children between the ages of ten (10) and fourteen (14) years (students) must be accompanied by a parent. Students under 10 years of age are not allowed. 6. The prescribed hours for jogging or visitors’ entry are: 4:30 am – 8:30 am and 3:30 pm- 7:00 pm daily Joggers are not allowed on the facilities outside these prescribed times and 15 minutes before the scheduled closing hours. Security personnel on duty are authorized to direct joggers and visitors to vacate these facilities, should such persons stay beyond the scheduled hours. 7. Joggers must confine their activities to the jogging trail around the reservoir. The NWC will not provide static security beyond this area, the car park and the authorised main gate access area. 8. Parking along the roadway is prohibited. All vehicles must be parked, face out, in the designated parking area. Vehicles seen in violation of these rules will be towed. 9. The NWC is not liable under any circumstance, for damage whether by negligence or otherwise; for any injury to any person, or for any loss, injury or damage to any property of persons entering or using these facilities.

10. Persons who gain access to these facilities other than through the authorized access shall be deemed to be trespassers and in such instances, the NWC may exercise its right to revoke the holders’ permit and disallow their further entry to its facilities.
11. There shall be no refund of the user’s fee in the event of the revocation of the permit. In general, fees are non-refundable. 12. Security Personnel are directed to obtain assistance from the Police in The event of any policy violation or attack on joggers or themselves.
13. Security Personnel have the authority to deny entry and demand the exit from these facilities of any person who behaves in an abusive, disorderly, violent, or unbecoming manner. 14. The NWC may close the facility at any time and forbid jogging during such period of closure. 15. No pets allowed.
