Go to http://www.eduplace.com/parents/mthexp/ Choose the appropriate grade level (K-5) Select the resource you want to use: o eGlossary (definitions and illustrations for important terms used in math) o Unit Overview (provides the “big picture” regarding each unit of study) o Family Letters (gives parents information about what is being taught, why it is important, and how it relates to future studies) o Math Background (provides more explanation and examples of concepts and procedures covered in each unit)



From this same site, you can select “Resources for Students” and access: o eGlossary o eManipulatives o eGames

To Access the In-class Math Text (Student Activity Guide) - Go to Think Central at https://www-k6.thinkcentral.com/ePC/start.do - Put in state, district and school. Students can log on with graduation year, last name, first initial (password is their student number) - Example: 18smithj (library check out / lunch number is password) - Go to My Library and click on Math Expressions Activity Book (K-5). - Select the volume. - From the table of contents, you can click on the current lesson. - Here you will find the pages we worked on in class. (without answers) You will also find the homework/remembering pages.
