Unit -II: Entrepreneurial Development Environmental factors affecting Entrepreneurial Development, Entrepreneurial Development Programmes and their evaluation; Government Policies and their effects; Role of Government and other Institutions. Unit -III: Management of Small and Medium Enterprises: Role of SMEs in Indian Economy; Problems of SMEs; Institutional support.
