Michigan Sheriffs’ Coordinating and Training Council Physical Abilities Test Information Schedule January 2018 – December 2018 Candidates must contact the individual test center to register and pay for the test. Candidates must provide a completed health screening form signed by a physician, physician’s assistant or nurse practitioner and present a valid driver’s license prior to taking the test. No candidate will be allowed to take the test without submission of the screening form and presenting a valid driver’s license.
