The 2013 Top Producers Sales Summit is headed to two of France’s most sought after places— historic Paris and the beautiful Bordeaux region. Bankers’ top 25 producers, based on paid-for APCs between July 1, 2012 and June 30, 2013 will qualify to attend. Qualifiers’ and their guests will have a chance to visit sights that have been part of the city’s landscape for hundreds of years. From the Champs-Élysées, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Louvre and the legendary Eiffel Tower, Paris is not without five-star attractions. Following the hustle and bustle of France’s metropolis, qualifiers will travel to one of the world’s finest wine regions. Between vineyard tours and sips of Sauternes, Bordeaux will provide the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy the countryside.
Top 25 Producer Qualifiers • Only Career Agents and Unit Field Trainers are eligible to qualify for the 2013 Top Producer Sales Summit. • The top 25 Producers based on personal paid-for APC production between July 1, 2012 and June 30, 2013 will qualify to attend. • If qualifiers in the Top 25 decline the invitation, or are unable to attend, “runner-up” invitations will be extended at the discretion of sales management. • FTA comp will be added to the Producers’ personal production qualifying APCs only. • A minimum established 13th month Composite Persistency Measure (CPM) of 90.00 is required (an established 7th month for Rookie Producers). • The CPM criteria will be waived for Rookie Producers if there is no established 7th or 13th month CPM. (A Rookie is determined as those producers contracted on or after January 1, 2011)

Minor children (including infants) are not allowed either as guests or to share a room with a qualifier. • If a qualifier does not attend the trip, a guest of the qualifier may not attend. No compensation or alternate award will be made in lieu of attendance for the qualifier or guest. • Expenses for the qualifier and guest (including room charges, meals and recreation) will be added by the company to the qualifier’s W-2 or 1099, incompliance with the applicable provisions of the Internal Revenue Code. • All qualifiers (Agents, UFTs, USVs, USMs, BSMs) invited to the Convention must be active at the time of the Convention to attend.
