Abstrak Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis hubungan antara empati dan kecerdasan emosional dengan efektifitas kepemimpinan. Penelitian dilakukan di sekolah dasar di kota Palembang. Sampel sebanyak 60 responden yang diambil secara random. Penelitian dilakukan dengan survey dan hasilnya dianalisis dengan teknik korelasi. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan, 1) terdapat hubungan positif antara empati dengan efektifitas kepemimpinan, 2) terdapat hubungan positif antara kecerdasan emosional dengan efektifitas kepemimpinan, 3) terdapat hubungan positif antara empati dan kecerdasan emosional secara bersama-sama dengan efektifitas kepemimpinan. Selanjutnya dapat disimpulkan dengan empati dan kecerdasan emosional yang tinggi akan dapat meningkatkan keefektifan kepemimpinan yang lebih tinggi.. Abstract
The objective of the research is to study the relationship between the emphaty emotional intelligence of and leadership effectiveness. The research was conducted at the elementary school in Palembang. The sample included 60 randomly selected randomly. The research used a survey method and correlation techniques. The research findimh sowed: 1) there is positive correlation between the emphaty and leadership effectiveness, 2) there is positive correlation between emotional intelligence and leadership effectiveness, 3) there is positive correlation among the emphaty, emotional intelligence and leadership effectiveness. Furthermore, the is a positive correlation between thr emphaty,Those two independent variables with leadership effectiveness. There fore: it can be concluded that the higher empathy and emotional intelligence the higner leadership effectiveness would be. .
