Are building permits required for repairs to structures already built? Yes. There is a no charge permit required for any repairs to any existing structures in PSCC.

Can I trim the trees around my site? The member can trim the trees around their site but must follow these guidelines: a. Limbing may not exceed 18 feet high but may be no more than 1/3 height of tree. Example: If tree is 21 feet tall you may not limb above 7 feet. b. Any other limbing requires a no charge permit (available in Administration) and the work MUST be done by Doug Wesson, per the Tulalip Tribal Forester. Doug will decide if the tree can be limbed safely.

I am unable to log into the member website. What do I do? Contact Administration to have your password reset.

I’ve received an infraction. What do I do now? You have a few choices. a. You can simply pay the fine. b. You can submit a letter to Administration appealing the infraction. c. You can do nothing and PSCC will simply invoice your account the fine amount.

My site usage isn’t correct on my current statement. What do I do? You can submit a time correction request to Administration by either calling in or sending in a note/letter.

Is there a way to have the edge of my site pad marked so I know where it is? Yes. You can submit a request to Administration to have the edge of you site marked by PSCC.

My neighbor and I are going shopping together and we do not card out. Do we both have to card in when returning to PSCC? Yes. Any time a member enters PSCC they MUST card in whether they carded out or not.

Can I bring a guest into PSCC without a pass if they are in the vehicle with me? No. All guests MUST have a Guest Pass issued by the Rangers, even if they are not in their own vehicle.

What do I need in order to build a new structure on my site? All building requires a Building Permit obtained from Administration. The following is required in order to obtain a building permit – a. Drawings of project showing what you are going to build and how b. A material list c. Signing the building permit d. Paying for the building permit

How do I know when my building permit has been finalized? A letter is sent out stating that your permit has been approved and finalized.

I’ve been told the Parks attorney says we don’t have to pay the Tribal Tax bill. Is this true? The previous Park Manager, under the council of the Park attorney, issued a letter to the PSCC membership containing information each member could take under consideration when deciding if they were going to pay the tax, or not. A copy of this letter is available in Administration. Why can’t I sell my membership without the Department of Membership Transfer (DMT) being involved? Private sales can occur. However, all transfers must go through DMT due to qualification requirements, background checks and site inspections required.

What are the requirements for purchasing a membership? Requirements occasionally change. Currently they are: a. Credit score must be 650 or higher b. No criminal record c. Verifiable income of $30,000.00 (single) or $45,000.00 (family) or be retired with a consistent source of income of $1,500.00 per month, per person

Has there been any talk with the Tribe about extending the lease that ends in 2052? There are currently no talks in the works.

Why are there strict requirements about the number of site usage and septic days used per site? The Compromise and Settlement Agreement of 1996 contains the guidelines and restrictions for site usage. We must adhere to this Agreement or face the possible dissolution of the contract.

Why are there size limits on RVs/units I can bring into the Park? The Compromise and Settlement Agreement states the size limitations and we must adhere to the Agreement.

Can I put up a fence and let my dog outside in the fenced area without a leash? No. All pets must be on a leash when out of doors, unless you are at the Off-Leash Area. By the way, the fenced-in area can only be a temporary, collapsible pen less than 10’x10’ and 5’ high.
