EONTRIM WHAMEX is safe, fast-acting concentrated formula that will save machine cleaning downtime while removing the oily residues, scums, and insoluble soap deposits that reduce coolant life. EONTRIM WHAMEX is made for cleaning out machine tool sumps and larger systems, coolant supply lines, and coolant recycling equipment.
EONTRIM WHAMEX adalah formula konsentrat yang aman dan memiliki daya kerja yang cepat sehingga akan mengurangi hilangnya waktu kerja akibat permbersihan residu, kerak dan endapan sabun yang tidak larut yang dapat menurunkan umur coolant. Environmental approvals are simplified because EONTRIM WHAMEX contains no nitrites, phosphates, barium, phenols, or butyl cellusolve; this formula has very low VOC content and no SARA 313 reportable ingredients.

Application Guidelines •
Use a high-flow sump cleaner such as a “Yellow Belied Sump Sucker” to quickly remove spent-fluids and residues.
•
Add up to 0.1 % EONTRIM CLEAN DF1 to control foam in high-pressure, high-flow system. All used coolant or rinse water must be recycled or disposed of in accordance with local and national environmental regulations.
•
Preferred method for cleaning machine tools and central system Pump out used coolant and clean all chips, swarf, and residue from the machine(s) and tanks, paying particular attention to difficult to reach and “blind” areas. •
•
Fill the sump or central system with enough water to run all pumps and lines. Add 3-5% EONTRIM WHAMEX depending on how much soil needs to be removed. Circulate the cleaner through all pumps and lines while allowing the cleaner solution to reach room temperature. While wearing protective gloves and eye protection, wash down machine surface using the solution in the sump. Continue until machine is clean.

Pump out and dispose of all the cleaner solution and make sure to remove any sludge, chips, or swarf.
•
Rinse with tap water, circulating through all lines and rinsing down machine surfaces. Note that this rinse step will remove most of all the rust inhibitors, so proceed the next step as quickly as possible.
•
Pump out and dispose of the rinse water and recharge with EONTRIM coolant.
Quick cleaning method (For Non Critical Interim Cleaning) • Add 3-5 % EONTRIM WHAMEX to the coolant already in the machine or system. • Circulate through the pumps and lines while manually cleaning exterior surfaces with the coolant/cleaner mixture, or use EONTRIM TASK2. Wear protective gloves and eyes protection while doing this.

Cara Pemakaian • Gunakan mesin pembersih dengan kecepatan alir tinggi seperti Yellow Belied Sump Sucker yang akan membersihkan cairan bekas dan residu dengan cepat. • Tambahkan 0.1 % EONTRIM CLEAN DF1 untuk mengontrol busa dalam sistem dengan tekanan dan kecepatan alir tinggi. • Seluruh coolant dan air bilasan bekas harus didaur ulang atau dimusnahkan sesuai dengan peraturan lokal atau pemerintah. Metode terbaik untuk pembersihan tool mesin dan central system Pompa keluar semua coolant bekas dan bersihkan semua chips dan residu dari mesin dan tangki terutama pada area yang tersembunyi dan sulit dijangkau. • Isi tangki dengan air secukupnya sehingga mesin bisa bekerja dan membilas semua pipa dan line. Tambahkan 3-5 % EONTRIM WHAMEX (tergantung seberapa banyak kotoran yang ingin dibersihkan). • Sirkulasikan cleaner melewati semua pipa dan line sambil menunggu larutan cleaner mencapai suhu kamar. Dengan menggunakan sarung tangan dan kaca mata pelindung, cuci permukaan mesin dengan larutan EONTRIM WHAMEX yang ada di tangki. Teruskan hingga mesin bersih. • Pompa keluar dan musnahkan larutan cleaner dan pastikan bahwa mesin dan tangki telah bersih dari semua residu dan chip. • Bilas dengan air keran, sirkulasikan melewati semua line dan bilas permukaan mesin. PENTING!!! Tahap pembilasan ini akan membilas semua pencegah korosi sehingga segera lanjutkan tahap berikutnya secepat mungkin. • Pompa keluar dan musnahkan air pembilas dan isi mesin atau tangki dengan coolant EONTRIM.

• When the machine surfaces appear clean, pump out and dispose of the coolant cleaner mixture. Be sure to scrape out and remove any remaining sludge, chips, swarf or residues. • Rinse exposed surfaces lightly wit tap water, suck this out and immediately recharge the system with fresh EON TRIM coolant
Pembersihan cara cepat (Untuk kondisi yang tidak kritis)
Tambahkan 3-5 % EONTRIM WHAMEX ke dalam mesin atau sistem yang sudah berisi coolant.
Sirkulasikan melewati pompa dan line sambil secara manual membersihkan permukaan luar dengan campuran coolant/cleaner atau gunakan EONTRIM TASK2. Gunakan sarung tangan dan kacamata pelindung saat melakukan langkah ini.
Jika permukaan mesin sudah tampak bersih, pompa keluar dan buang campuran coolant cleaner. Pastikan untuk mengeluarkan seluruh residu dan chip.

The use of pure, mineral-free (never softened) water to mix this product will improve sump life, reduce concentration usage and reduce carry-off. Before using this product on any metals and applications not specially recommended, consult PT. EONCHEMICALS PUTRA, Misapplication may create potential risks of product deterioration, possible adverse health effects and corrosion of work material of the machine tool. This product should not be mixed with other metalworking fluid additives, except as recommended by PT. EONCHEMICALS PUTRA, as this may reduce the overall performance of the product as well as result in adverse health effects and damage to the machine tool and parts. If inadvertent contamination should occur, please contact PT. EONCHEMICALS PUTRA for recommended action.

Shelf Life The shelf life for this product is 2 years when it is stored in its original, sealed container at room temperature. However, the product should be inspected after 2 years from the date of manufacture prior to customer use.
