Results of Recon Work 2012

TSX.V: G V

Mapping and Geophysical Surveys 

Preliminary ground work indicated several prospective target areas  Areas of prospective skarn and jasperoid alteration, several with coincident gold anomalies (Punto Rojo, Hornfels Hill)  Detailed mapping identified intrusions and alteration in favorable Mezcala and Morelos Formations and along the transition zone between them (East Ridge)

VTEM identified four highly ranked anomaly picks or Target Zones (TZ)  Coincident with a ~10 km long zone of elevated magnetization  TZ4 (Hornfels Hill) with adjacent TZ6 and TZ7 as well as TZ8 (Punto Rojo) include mapped intrusions and alteration consistent with skarn mineralization

TZ4 and TZ8, together with other prospective targets drill tested in Q4-2014 with 12 NQ core drill holes for 5,300m

2012 VTEM/Mag Airborne Survey EM and Magnetic Signatures and Geology Used to Generate 19 Ranked Target Zones and 264 Ranked Profile Picks With Recon Sites (VTEM/Mag 2012)

Biricu 19 TZ

Areas excluded from survey

TZ1, TZ2, TZ4, and TZ8 were identified on the grid NNE that are coincident with a ~10 km long zone of elevated magnetization, that is significantly elevated in TZ1, TZ2 and TZ4

Highly ranked TZ4 (Hornfels Hill) and TZ8 (Punto Rojo) include mapped intrusions and alteration

Magnetic plate modeling in TZ4 returned a suite of source depths ranging from surface to 415m below surface. EM Plate modeling returned 1 model at a moderate depth of 121m below surface

Core Review & Rocks

TSX.V: G V

David M. Jones; December 7 – 11, 2014

Highlights: 

“Geologic and alteration features encountered in the first round of exploration drilling, especially at Punto Rojo, indicate the presence of a broad and strongly developed skarn system that is anomalously mineralized with gold” “The ‘correct’ types of granodiorite – diorite porphyries for GGB –style mineralization were encountered in several of the PR drill holes, indicative of the potential for a stock complex capable of generating gold mineralization of economic grades and tonnages” “Thermal metamorphic (hornfels) and metasomatic skarn alteration , similar to that seen in known GGB deposits, was intercepted over broad intervals in multiple holes – this alteration is most strongly developed approaching the favorable Mezcala-Morelos contact” “Strong prograde to retrograde skarn and associated gold mineralization in the PR drill holes is most similar to Torex’s El Limon and Media Luna deposits”

Why Guerrero Ventures?

TSX.V: G V

Property demonstrates geological attributes of other discoveries in GGB, including neighbouring Goldcorp’s Los Filos & Bermejal projects and Torex Gold’s El Limon & Media Luna projects.

2012 VTEM and Magnetic survey identified 19 anomalies including four (4) high priority target zones in 2012

Phase I drill program in 2014 has outlined highly prospective alteration and mineralization zone with gold anomalies in “classic GGB” setting at Punto Rojo

2014 Triaxial Airborne Mag identified additional targets where modelling of responses suggest larger intrusive phases below cover along an intrusive corridor

Phase II drill program scheduled to commence in H2/2015

Access agreements in place for entire property

Inexpensive and attractive GGB entry investment option.
