Conduct inventory of water sources in the city such as spring, deep wells, etc. e. Review and evaluate application for well drilling. f. Monitor compliance with the Clean Water Act of 2004( RA 9275.)
AMBIENT AIR and NOISE QUALITY a. Conduct smoke emission tests for diesel/gasoline-fed vehicles in coordination with National Government Line Agencies. b. Monitor ambient air quality in the Central Business Areas in compliance with RA 8749. c. Conduct information and education campaigns.
