Vorsteiner has researched and developed unique high tech carbon fiber and composite production processes to produce aerodynamic components specially made of dry carbon fiber vacuumed plastic (DCFVP). The Vorsteiner factory utilizes a high compression vacuum process to produce the high quality hand made parts for its customers. To date this type of dry carbon fiber vacuum manufacturing process was strictly used for building body and structural components for aerospace and formula 1 race car applications. This high tech vacuum forming process is designed to allow the finished parts to withstand heavy load pressures whilst maximizing incredible weight to strength ratios, offering stiffness and long term durability. Vorsteiner’s brand foundation is rooted on our key technological advancements in the automobile industry. This is why our focus to develop true lightweight components through the use of our proprietary vacuum technology manufacturing is our core focus. The lighter the car the more power and handling feedback is sent back to the driver. As a result of replacement of steel and aluminum body panels, the power to weight ratio of Vorsteiner tuned vehicle is fully maximized. Vacuumed polymer plastics (DVWP) and high temperature vacuumed carbon fiber reinforcement plastic (CFRP) are commonly used in advanced military aerospace but also throughout our product line.

Sport exhaust system Vorsteiner exhaust systems came about after getting several inquiries about what other exhaust systems fit with our diffusers. A well known exhaust manufacturer had disclosed to us that they had to change the fitment of their exhaust systems to align with the fitment of our diffusers. Our exhausts are engineered to unlock substantial gains in horsepower and torque while tailoring a sound that exhumes performance while being 100% bolt-on assuring there is no need for any further fabrication.
All of our Sport Exhaust Systems are tailor made for the perfect fitment with all of our diffusers. To stay ahead of the competition, we offer all of our systems in both stainless steel and full titanium systems. All of our tips use dual-wall construction with a laser etched Vorsteiner logo that are adjustable to allow the customer to achieve the precise fitment and look they are seeking. All of our exhaust systems are engineered and built to a level of perfection that has given us a 100% fitment record for all of our exhaust systems.

AERO KIT This technique drastically reduces rejection rates, significantly improving delivery times. Vorsteiner uses a combination of unidirectional, 1x1, and 2x2 weave carbon fiber to keep the weight to a minimum while providing optimum strength and rigidity. The vacuum-formed technology used in our aerodynamic parts draws out excess resin which ultimately draws out excess weight without decreasing structural rigidity. This process provides a much tighter control over the fit and finish giving you the piece of mind that the part will perfectly match the factory shut lines and contours.
To bring the most innovative, advanced and distinct aerodynamic parts to the marketplace, Vorsteiner’s carbon fiber parts are produced using a state-of-the-art aerospace autoclave system. This provides unsurpassed rigidity, strength and finish to our aerodynamic components. We distinguish ourselves by utilizing a resin pre-impregnated, vacuum-formed carbon fiber material that results in a 20%-30% stiffer and stronger product than an equivalent wet-lay up product.

forgeD monoblock WHEEL In the initial phase of creating a Vorsteiner Forged wheel, an aerospace-grade aluminum billet rod is transformed into a raw slug with the use of tremendous heat and pressure. Forging in this method greatly increases strength, allowing the final product to require less material, thus reducing weight. Using the latest state-of-the-art technology and tools, every forged wheel is designed and created down to the last detail well before metal meets metal. Our engineering experts craft each and every wheel to match the needs unique to every application to maximize strength, durability, and weight reduction. CNC machines guided by our engineers fastidiously cut the wheel with utmost surgical precision.
Each wheel is carefully designed to meet the exact specifications required in regards to size, width, vehicle model, and clientele preference. Due to this exacting customization, it can be said that no two sets are alike. As the last edges are hewn from the surface, the wheel is then prepared for the final touch. The exact finish, as customized as the wheel itself, is applied. As conservative as a brushed aluminum finish to an avant garde three-tone paint design, only the most protective paints and clearcoats are used to ensure a durable finish. Hand-inspected at every stage of the creation process, the final product is carefully packaged and shipped out, much sooner than the capability of most other wheel manufacturers.

Every part is rigorously tested and must pass our highly detailed quality control before leaving the on-site factory. Only after rigorous testing can a part be deemed worthy of the Vorsteiner name.
Every Vorsteiner wheel starts out the same way with hand drawn sketch. Then it is moved in to Photoshop where the minute details are roughly added. From there the design is loaded into a CAD layout where the first design is finalized. We then run a test sample of the programming in the CNC machine and produce one wheel for inspection. We then make any necessary revisions in the programming for the final wheel design. We then take the fresh set of wheels after they have been finished, mount tires on them and install them on the car they were cut for. One last visual evaluation is then carried out. Only until the new wheel design has passed every evaluation, then it is fit for production.

Vorsteiner forged wheels are tested to exceed US government regulations for radial and rotary fatigue, impact tests, and our manufacturing facility located in Newport Beach, CA, ensures a consistent quality from start to finish. All forged Vorsteiner wheels are built to order for each specific application using the latest in CNC machining technology while also relying on hand craftsmanship for polishing, powder coating, and final assembly to ensure the utmost in quality.
Vorsteiner’s Wheel Collection offers a wide range of 1 piece and 3 piece wheels. Our three-piece wheels collection allows our customers to produce a unique wheel with variable lip sizes and concavity tailor made for each specific vehicle application. A step lip design is also an option which produces a stronger, lighter 3-piece wheel which keeps the unsprung mass closer to the center of wheel which helps increase performance. Pick your size and the finish for each part of the wheel. This allows you to acquire a wheel that is not produced for the masses but one that is designed uniquely for you. Vorsteiner one-piece collection of forged aluminum concave wheels has various different fitments and finishes to match your vehicle and style. Carefully designed to optimize weight and strength, each wheel is machined specifically for each client according to wheel size, vehicle model and load ratings. The special edition wheel collection is a specifically built wheel for a certain type of vehicle. The style of each wheel in this collection is to embody the personality of the vehicle and is built to the same high standards as the rest of our wheel collection. When each set of wheels are completed, they must pass a thorough quality control inspection by hand. Only after they have passed, are they then boxed up and shipped out to the customer.
