The 2016 NATSTRAT is a 3-day intensive program, emphasizes on necessary, bene practical approaches to better social studies and history teaching. Participants will build skills and refine perform team exercises which will provide greater inspiration for the self to eff families, communities and the nation using history as a subject.

Saceda Youth Lead is a Youth Serving Institution of the Philippines under the National Youth Commission of the Philippines. For 18 years now, it continues elementary, high school and college students and even professionals to become citizens of our country by providing them opportunities in leadership, communi exchange and builds leadership through education and action.
SYL believes that through our youth and our teachers we will see the future of through their good deeds we will prosper as one nation. It beheves that education of our economy and it needs greater partnership and collaboration with other empower the Filipino Youth to become better citizens of our country by pro opportunities in leadership, community service and social action. It believes modest beginnings that societal transformation must start from within and that i and awakening of the self; given the chance and guidance, one can become an ag for God and coimtry.
Saceda Youth Lead will be an Affiliate Member of the United Nations Wor Organizations in 2016 (affiliation is in progress), a Registered Member of National Volunteer Service Coordinating Agency of the National Economic and Authority (NEDA), registered as a Youth Serving Institution under the auspices Youth Commission. It is a recognized NGO on youth empowerment and development Charter for Compassion, Harvard University Alumni Association of the Philippin Polytechnic of Singapore, Department of Youth and Sports, Brunei Darussalam a Institute, along with the recognition from the Department of Education, and C Higher Education. It has empowered more than 200,000 youths and teachers in all and activities in the Philippines and the ASEAN region.
The Palawan State University (PSU) is a government-funded imiversity in Puerto Princesa, Palawan, Philippines. The P State University, the first state imiversity in Palawan an Region IV, traces its humble beginnings to the teacher tr institution known as Palawan Teacher's College (PTC), wh was established through Republic Act 4303 on March 2. 196 Then Congressman Gaudencio Abordo sponsored the bill establishing the college at the then municipality of Puert Princesa.
The creation of PTC was in response to the need of additional teachers in the pro most of the available educators at that time came from Luzon; and only a handful be assigned in far-flung areas of the province. Funded by an initial half-a-mill university opened night classes to 101 students under the tutelage of 10 faculty support staffs, using four borrowed classrooms from state-frmded Palawan National School.

Palawan State University (PSU) has two major campuses: the Manalo Campus, where Laboratory Elementary School, Graduate School and School of Law are, and the Ma in Tiniguiban Heights, which houses the administration building, the colleges, t High School, and the physical plant offices. In addition, a number of extramural programs are being offered in the Palawan State University's College of Communit and Development (CCRD) in rural campuses of Rizal, Narra, Quezon, Aramaywan, Qu Palawan, Araceli, Brooke's Point, San Vicente, Cuyo, Coron, Balabac, Roxas, Ta Linapacan, San Rafael, Sofronio Espafiola, Dumaran and Bataraza.
