Abstract: Research objectives were to determine the relationship of energy intake, protein, iron, folic acid pregnant II trimester of hemoglobin. This type of observational study design with cross sectiona. The sample in the study were 25 pregnant women outpatients. In the present study found no respondents who experienced moderate or severe anemia status. The results of statistical analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between intake of protein, iron and folic acid on levels of hemoglobin, whereas no association between intake of energy by hemoglobin. Recommended for the institution should have a hemoglobin level, especially in Trimester II and in the prevention of nutritional anemia in particular, it is recommended to pregnant women to consume food that can satisfy the consumption of protein, iron, folic acid and with regard to food that can enhance the absorption of iron and folic acid such as vitamin C and vitamin B12. Keywords: Trimester II, energy, protein, iron, folic acid, hemoglobin Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan asupan energi, protein, zat besi, asam folat ibu hamil trimester II terhadap kadar hemoglobin. Jenis penelitian observasional dengan desain cross sectiona. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah 25 ibu hamil rawat jalan. Dalam penelitian tidak ditemukan responden yang mengalami status anemia sedang dan berat. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara asupan protein, zat besi dan asam folat terhadap kadar hemoglobin, sedangkan tidak ada hubungan antara asupan energi dengan kadar hemoglobin. Disarankan bagi institusi sebaiknya melakukan pemeriksaan kadar hemoglobin terutama pada Trimester II dan dalam pencegahan anemia gizi khususnya, dianjurkan kepada ibu hamil untuk mengonsumsi bahan makanan yang dapat memenuhi konsumsi protein, zat besi, asam folat serta memperhatikan makanan yang dapat meningkatkan absorpsi zat besi dan asam folat seperti vitamin C dan vitamin B12
