Your MyBlueJays Card can be used to enter Rogers Centre™ for Blue Jays games, and to pay for Rogers Centre concessions and Jays Shop™ merchandise with stored eCash, all while earning you points towards unique rewards throughout the season! You can redeem your MyBlueJays points through Marketplace and Auctions for once-in-a-lifetime experiences, such as throwing out the ceremonial first pitch, or watching a game in a luxury suite with Blue Jays alumnus.

Accessing your tickets: All of your ticket management will be done by logging into MyBlueJays, and selecting “Manage My Tickets”. When you attend games, simply scan your MyBlueJays Card or your smartphone displaying your virtual card (accessed via MLB Ballpark App) at the gate to enter the stadium and enjoy the game. You will be issued a locator slip for each ticket bearing the applicable seat location and other information. • Points, points, points: We want you to have even more opportunities to earn points throughout the season. 2016 will offer new ways to earn! • You asked, we responded: Look for new experiences and items available in the MyBlueJays Marketplace and Auctions, based on your suggestions! •

Use your smartphone: Don’t forget that you can use the virtual version of your MyBlueJays Card on most smartphones in the same way you use the physical Card by logging in through MLB Ballpark App. This year, you’ll see even greater integration of the MyBlueJays home page on the mobile site.

You will receive a MyBlueJays brochure with your 2016 Season Ticket package outlining the ways you can earn points and the schedule of Auction and Marketplace items for 2016. For more information on the MyBlueJays program, as well as Frequently Asked Questions and Tutorials, please visit bluejays.com/mybluejays.

THE BLUE JAYS CARE ABOUT PUTTING KIDS UP FRONT!

How do fans donate their Blue Jays tickets? Tickets can be donated in one of 4 ways:

We are thrilled to announce that the Toronto Blue Jays, through Jays Care Foundation, have continued our partnership with KIDS UP FRONT to provide an outlet for Ticket Holders to donate tickets to children who otherwise would not have the opportunity to experience the excitement of a Blue Jays game this season!

2) Email: Email transfer your tickets to [email protected].

How are the tickets distributed? Kids Up Front Foundation Toronto is a charitable organization that provides access to arts, culture, sport and recreation for children who otherwise do not have the opportunity. Your donated tickets will be distributed to children and families from more than 200 participating charities and social service agencies in and around Toronto.

1) MyBlueJays: Log into MyBlueJays and select the "donate tickets to charity" action when managing your tickets.

3) Mail\Courier: • Kids Up Front Foundation Toronto • Corus Quay, 25 Dockside Drive • Toronto, ON M5A 0B5 4) Call: 416-479-6926. Tickets are accepted until noon on the day of an evening game, and 5 p.m. the day before an afternoon game (5 p.m. on Friday for weekend games). That said, the more notice the better! Will a tax receipt be provided for my ticket donation? Yes! If you purchased the tickets and can provide proof of purchase including the donor's name and mailing address then Kids Up Front can issue you a charitable tax receipt for the purchase price of the tickets. Why donate tickets to Kids Up Front? To provide children who otherwise wouldn't have an opportunity to experience the Toronto Blue Jays!
