Buffalo Bills Camper Lot Policies: Vehicles enter the Camper Lot off Abbott Rd. beginning at 8:00 AM and close at 10:00 PM one day prior to scheduled events. The Camper Lot opens four (4) hours prior to kickoff on event days. (9:00 AM for a 1:00 PM game, 4:25 PM for a 8:25 PM game) No campers or other vehicles will be permitted in any other parking areas and/or driveways outside of these published hours. Vehicles that arrive during closed hours will not be admitted. No additional vehicles are allowed in the Camper Lot or allowed to park at the entrance. Overnight visiting cars can be parked in Lot 3, for $35.00 per vehicle which also covers game day parking, or $25 if they are not staying for the game. Overnight visitors may be subject to being ticketed and/or towed if they are parked without a permit. All vehicles must depart from the Camper Lot by 2:00 PM the day after the event. Parking team representatives will assist in the parking of vehicles in order to maximize availability in the lot. Vehicles must have proper spacing between them, both side to side and nose to tail. Please be wary of parking RV’s with open extensions into another RV’s open extensions and leaving no access aisles for emergencies. Vehicles must park according to the instructions of the lot attendants. The fire lanes must be kept clear. The fire lane is clearly marked with yellow diagonal lines. Porta-johns are located in the Camper Lot for your convenience. Please do not relocate them. The Town of Orchard Park prohibits open burning. There are no power supplies or septic services available for personal use. No golf carts, skateboards, bikes, or drones are allowed in the Camper Lot. All pets must be leashed. No weapons or fireworks of any kind are permitted. Please adhere to the Town of Orchard Park noise ordinance. QUIET HOURS BEGIN AT 10:00 PM....please be courteous to fellow campers. Loud music/sound systems that are deemed offensive to others is not permitted. Comfort Station: The Bills Comfort Station is conveniently located across from the Camper Lot. The facility has showers, restrooms, and changing areas for all guests the weekend of each home game. Hours: Game Day: 7 AM - 10 PM, Day Before Game: 8 AM - 10 PM Posted hours are for a 1:00 PM Sunday game. Hours are subject to change. Please call 1-877-BB-TICKS for confirmation.

NEW ERA FIELD and Buffalo Bills Parking Code of Conduct: The parking lots at New Era Field are for the convenience and enjoyment of guests. Responsible tailgating is permitted in the Camper Lot. Prior to entering New Era Field, and when exiting the lot after the game, guests are asked to please “Go Blue” and recycle, throw away trash and keep tailgating areas clean. In order to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, the Bills ask that all guests follow directions given by Allpro Parking, Team Management, Police, and Security personnel. If a guest needs immediate assistance or sees a potential problem within their area, please contact the attendant or security person working at the front gate of the Camper Lot. In the event of an emergency, please call 9-1-1. Our team members will proactively enforce this Code of Conduct that includes the following behaviors deemed inappropriate by Team Management: Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature. Selling of any merchandise without the permission of the Buffalo Bills. Intoxication, binge drinking, or signs of impairment resulting in irresponsible behavior. Use of foul, disruptive, obscene, offensive, or abusive language or actions. Fighting, taunting, threatening remarks, or offensive gestures toward any fan. Failing to follow instructions of personnel. Scalping or other improper resale of tickets. Indecent exposure or undressing. Displays of affection not appropriate in a public setting. Wearing obscene, offensive, or indecent clothing. Unauthorized solicitation on New Era Field property. Any conduct that endangers spectators, employees, or participants. On game day, our Security teams patrol the lots to ensure that those who do not adhere to the parking guidelines and/or participate in activities that create an unsafe environment will be held responsible. Irresponsible fans may have their parking and ticket purchasing privileges revoked and/or be subject to ejection or arrest.

GAME ENTRY TIPS: All guests entering New Era Field will be subject to an NFL mandated metal detection security screening process. For easy entry into New Era Field, the Buffalo Bills encourage fans to arrive at the New Era Field gates at least an hour before kickoff - gates open 1 ½ hours prior to kickoff. Guests should limit the number of items that are brought with them to minimize search time. Fans should empty their pockets of phones, cameras and glasses cases before getting to the front of the line. You do NOT need to remove your keys, loose change, wallet, jacket, or belt. Please follow all signage and direction from Security and Game Day Team Members to expedite your safe entry to New Era Field.

Additional Information: - The Bills and their partners will not be responsible for items left at any entry gate. - Inebriated and unmanageable guests will not be admitted entry into the Stadium. - NO SMOKING – New Era Field is proud to be a tobacco-free facility. All tobacco products are prohibited inside the stadium. This includes chewing tobacco, lighters, matches, cigarettes and electronic cigarettes. - NO Re-entry.
