Submission to the Sleep and Hypnosis is taken by the journal to mean that all listed authors have agreed all the contents, including the content of the paper, the author list, the order on the list of authors, and all author statements. On behalf of all authors, as the authorized corresponding author of the manuscript, I warrant and represent that a) I am responsible for managing communication between the Sleep and Hypnosis and all authors before, during and after the publication. b) This agreement has been reached to and agreed by all authors to be involved within the author group as the order on the list of authors, and approved the manuscript submission to the journal. c) The author who has signed this Agreement as the authorized corresponding author has the legal power, full right, and authority to make this Agreement on behalf of all Authors. d) The author who has signed this Agreement as the authorized corresponding author affirms that he/she is authorized to sign this form on behalf of all authors to assign to the Yerküre all the copyright ownership in regard to the manuscript identified above, and any tables, illustrations, or other material submitted for publication as part of the manuscript in all versions, forms and media, now or hereafter known or later developed, throughout the world, in all languages, for the full term of copyright effective when the manuscript is accepted for publication. e) I hereby confirm the assignment of all right, title and interest in and to the manuscript named above in all versions, forms and media, now or hereafter known, to Yerküre effective if and when it is accepted for publication by Yerküre. I also confirm that the manuscript contains no material the publication of which violates any copyright or other personal or proprietary right of any person or entity, and I acknowledge that Yerküre is relying on this letter in publishing this manuscript. f) The authors are the only authors and only owners of the copyright on this manuscript. g) I will obtain and include with the manuscript written permission from the respective copyright owners for the use of any illustrative or tabular materials that have been previously published or are otherwise copyrighted and owned by third parties.
