Page 1 Buyers full name Page 1 Buyers full address Page 1 Buyers telephone number Page 1 Buyers solicitors details (f known) Page 2 Purchase price Page 2 Deposit – 5% is acceptable but this is negotiable Page 2 Finance details if applicable Page 2 Building and/or Pest inspection details if applicable Page 3 Confirm pool safety information if applicable Page 4 Read Special Conditions Page 4 Settlement date is 42 days from Contract Date Please initial any amendments/errors on each page Page 4 Sign as buyer, have witnessed and date
