Are training records retained at least three (3) years? Does drain disposal to sanitary sewer conform to local sewer limits and federal/state regulations? Is drain disposal to sanitary sewer documented, and are records retained at least three (3) years? Is elementary neutralization performed as part of the process, rather than as treatment of waste after generation? Is uncontaminated, used oil labeled as “Used Oil” and stored properly? Are mercury-containing lamps and rechargeable batteries accumulated as Universal Waste?
