How to Access Google Drive from a Computer Launch a browser and go to google.com Click the SIGN IN button in the upper right corner.

Type in your ASD20 Google Drive account in the email field: Student = student#@student.asd20.org

PASSWORD: regular district password NOTE: You might be asked to type in a phone number with access to text messaging to verify your account. This is Google’s method to prevent a bot computer from creating multiple accounts. You will need to type in a phone number where you can receive a text message (make sure you use the drop down to indicate it is a phone number from the United States since it defaults to Afghanistan). When you receive the text (only takes a minute or two) type in the code to access your account.

Click on the squares icon

and choose DRIVE

Your ASD20 Google Drive account is now open. To logout, click the down arrow next to your login name and click SIGN OUT.

How to Access Google Drive from an iPad If you have never accessed your ASD20 Google Drive account it is recommended that you first login to the account on a computer to accept the terms and agreement before accessing your account on an iPad. Download the free Google Drive App on the iPad. Before you launch the app be sure you are connected to wi-fi. If accessing from the ASD20 wireless network you will also need to login to the iBoss filter.

Launch the Google Drive app and click SIGN IN at the bottom.

Type in your ASD20 Google Drive account in the email field: Student = student#@student.asd20.org Staff = [email protected] PASSWORD: regular district password Click Sign In

Your ASD20 Google Drive account is now open. To logout, click the three lines next to MY DRIVE.

Click on the person icon or username.

Click on MANAGE. Click REMOVE.
