About Us Billy and Sally have been in the food industry combined for over 50 years. Billy, a 1983 graduate of “The Restaurant School,” has opened landmark Philadelphia Restaurants such as Martini’s Lounge & The Manayunk Brewing Co. along with cooking in Puerto Rico, Cape May & Washington, D.C. Billy has always loved the simple pleasures of a cheeseburger, french fries and a coke. Sally is the baker. A graduate of “The Restaurant School,” her family recipes and skills have been proven as a chef at Whole Foods Market, The Frog Commissary, Jimmy Duffy’s Catering, and award-winning cupcakes at Billy Burger and Bakery.
