ROMANCE REWARDS AT VALENTIN IMPERIAL MAYA Welcome aboard the Valentin Imperial Maya incentive program 2012. Please find below the program’s description: 

For every 7 nights stays booked in double or triple occupancy, you will receive points based on the room category you sold (see page 2). 14 nights count for two 7 nights stays. If the client travels in 2012 (arrival date), it is a 2012 booking. Bookings in SGL occupancy will count for half the points of the purchased category. Privilege Package will count for 1 extra point regardless of the category purchased (except for the Suites where it is already included). Points are accumulated once the booking has been consumed. For every 3 points accumulated, you will receive 1 FREE night at Valentin Imperial Maya in a Deluxe Jr Suite Category in single or double occupancy. (21 points required to get a 7 nights stay) The booking form enclosed must be filled out and validated by the hotel before approving of the stay (please see page 2, bottom page). Accumulated room nights are neither exchangeable nor transferable from one agent to another nor to any other party and have no cash value. Every stay has a maximum of 7 nights at a time. You can complete your stays with a special rate provided by the hotel upon reservation of your stay if you do not have enough nights cumulated or if you wish to stay more than 7 nights. Bookings can be cumulated between January 1st 2012 and December 31st 2012. Free nights must be used by December 22nd 2013 (check out no later than December 22nd 2013). For a stay before December 22nd 2012, you can combine the 2011 and 2012 programs. Restrictions and blackouts apply (For example: Christmas, New Years, US President’s week, Spring Break, Easter, US Thanksgiving) and reservations are based upon availability. There is more availability during the low season (May to November). Availability in high season is limited (no more than one complimentary stay per week). Reservations must be requested in advance through Evelyne Lebrun at: [email protected]. Please send your agency’s form at this address when you need to confirm your stay. You can enquire travel agent’s rates at the same address (travel agent’s rate during low season only). Extra points can be exchanged for resort spa credits (page 2) Booking a group of more than 15 rooms (with a minimum of 25 guests) for a week (minimum 7 days) will automatically get you 21 points (7 free nights in a Deluxe Jr Ste in SGL or DBL occupancy).
