Next, a username and password will be sent to each nurse and to the manager who can oversee the progress of the nurses in the team along with instructions on how to run progress reports. Nurses can then log in to TriageLogic’s Learning Center website and begin training right away.

In the past, the Online Learning Center was comprised of videos, blog articles, and short trainings that telephone triage nurses could leverage as they furthered their knowledge of nursing. Now, the TriageLogic team has added quizzes and printable notes with a certification quiz after each course. Courses are broken down into lessons and supplemental materials with a progress meter for easy tracking. How it works First, to set up the virtual classroom for their specific nurse team, the manager fills out the contact form on the TriageLogic website and sends a list of team members to be added to the virtual class.
