The postings described in this guide have detailed instructions to assist you with identifying the correct materials and placement in your restaurant. • Use approved Clear 8.5x11 Plexi-Document Holders for all items requiring “document holders”. Use 2 each for larger 8X14 postings (Obtain through our office supply vendor, Staples.) • Use only Velcro (Staples or Home Depot) for posting on tile, FRP, or Stainless “walls”. Attach keeping cloth side ON posting, plastic side ON wall. • Use Magnetic Tape (Staples) for posting on “galley” Refrigerators OR on Vent-aHoods for easy removal and cleaning.
