A team-member offers the document for review. The team-lead accepts (Released) or rejects (In process) the document. End-status of the document within the project. Based on the status ‘ Released’ UM Support Dept. will decide of the document is accepted for Maintenance Phase.

In case new insights occur (change before go-live) a finalized document can undergo changes; document has to be re-opened.
