Through getting constant feedbacks from employers, other experts and from students. 46. Highlight the participation of students and faculty in extension activities SNA: The Student Nurses' Association, popularly known as SNA, is a nation-wide organization of nursing students. All categories of Student Nurses are eligible to participate in exhibitions, both as groups as an individual. They can prepare charts, posters on the subjects taught in their course curriculum. The exhibits are competed at the state level, and after thorough scrutinization, only one best entry at the state level under each category and section is entertained at the national level. Public speaking and writing is encouraged to increase self-confidence and to help them develop communication skills. The Scientific Papers presented by many students are scrutinized at State level and are published in nursing journals. Themembers of SNA include President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary will be elected by the college students through formal elections process. The SNA activities will supervised by the principal of Respective College . Community Health Programmes: •

Students will be given an opportunity to train well in the various specialities at sophisticated hospitals such as SVRR Governmnet General Hospital-Tirupati, BIRRD Hospital-Tirupati, Govt.Maternity Hospital – Tirupati, 2. Community field experience is more useful and develops problem solving and team building skills among the students.
