The Importance of maintaining your autoship! Don't worry if you don't understand all of this, write your questions down and we will go over them together. Auto-ship is vital to creating long-term residual income. We all need to understand the importance of making sure all of our Affiliates start off on auto-ship. The explanation below should help with interpretation, and handling objections of those with are reluctant. Also it has come to our attention that some affiliates do not understand how their lateral transfer works, getting paid, the 25% Matching Bonus etc.. Please review the Lateral Transfer Terms and conditions directly below for clarity. I highlighted in red a couple of the most important points. ***IMPORTANT!! - LATERAL TRANSFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS To maintain your 2 STAR lateral status and earn a 25% Matching Bonus, member must maintain a minimum of 100 points every month (4 weeks) during the six-month period. Additionally you must be qualified for Team Commissions to be earn the 25% Matching Bonus, To be eligible for 2 Star cash rank bonus, you must fully qualify per compensation plan. Attention: All FG Xpress Affiliates (Everyone please read) We have thousands of new Affiliates joining us each week, and we want to provide each of them with the greatest opportunity to success in their new business. To do so it important we conduct our business in a manner that produces the best results both short, and long term as well as start all of our new affiliates right from the beginning. One way to insure this happens is to make sure that every new Affiliate that goes into the computer is set-up on auto-ship immediately. There should be NO EXCEPTIONS to this. If an Affiliate chooses to change, or cancel their auto-ship they have a full 4 weeks to do so. It is our responsibility to set them up right to start with, and if they decide to go off auto-ship at a later date, and get paid less, or give up all their bonuses, and volume they can. As sponsor we have an obligation to help our people be successful, and be truthful to them from the beginning. If you are a new Affiliate, and are not currently set up for auto-ship, you need to log into your FG Xpress, Back Office NOW and do so. You can do this by clicking on Autoship then click NEW AUTOSHIP,
and select the product you want to receive each month. It is important that EVERYONE be on at least $120 (100 pts) auto-ship to maximize the full pay out of the comp plan. Understanding the Importance of Auto Ship Most people get into network marketing because they want Long Term Re-occurring Income (residual income – sell it once, get paid forever). We must all understand the ONLY way to obtain this type of income is to have Affiliates, and customers on autoship. The more people on autoship, the bigger, and more secure the income. This is what is referred to as “Come Back Volume”. The key to long-term success is to have as much “Come Back Volume” as possible, as well as grow the Come Back Volume EVERY week, and EVERY month. Anything that is not Come Back Volume is JOB volume. It’s like working a job, no residual; you have to keep working hard to replace it every month. This obviously gets old, and tiresome and causes Affiliates to quit. Think about it; if you’re going to get paid like a job, and not make residual income, you may as well just go get one, right? So to build a long term, secure, profitable business it is important that every Affiliate understands the importance of auto-ship, and takes ownership of it in THEIR OWN BUSINESS. Every network marketing company has a Personal Volume requirement. You cannot have a business benefit (commissions from those below you) without personally conducting business each month. Personal Volume is YOUR auto-ship. So what happens if you don't fulfill the monthly Personal Volume requirement? You will lose ALL present, and future commissions, and ALL stored Business Volume. IMPORTANT!!!!Also, be aware that to remain qualified in the compensation plan at 1 Star, or higher, and to keep your downline volume from flushing, you must have a personally sponsored Active Affiliate (on auto-ship) in each leg (your right, and left team). If the people you sponsor are not on auto-ship, then it is very unlikely that they will stay active, therefore they will keep you from being qualified, causing you to lose all your commission, and causing ALL your Come Back Volume as well as new volume to flush.
