American Concrete Institute (ACI) Tilt-UP Supervisor Certification The highest certification for tilt-up construction recognized by the ACI. NARDI Construction, Inc. holds key personnel certified as Tilt-Up Supervisors through the American Concrete Institute (ACI). This certification requires superior knowledge in the following areas of tilt-up construction:
Safety Plan Reading Scheduling Site Preparations & Foundations Slabs on Grade Layout Forming Placement & Properties Erection and Structural Systems In addition to a through written examination, one must also complete 4,500 actual hours of tilt-up construction as well as 7,500 hours of overall on-site construction experience. Project Description
This 40,000 SF paint and auto facility includes 5,000 SF of administrative office space. The building contains a Varco roof and columns built with a concrete tilt panel skin. The tilt panels were poured on four casting beds because of the floor slab conditions. The floor slab was cut up with pits, sloped floors, and different floor finishes to accommodate the unique characteristics of this facility. Inside you will find, ten paint primer booths and eight finish paint booths. All booths are installed with custom ventilation and fire protection requirements.

Jessup Park Tenant Fit-Up Central Lewmar South There was an 8 week time constraint to complete this 46,500 SF office/warehouse build out. NARDI was able to complete the job in 6 weeks and under budget. The interior office space consisted of a high finish level with 10 foot ceilings, 2x2 ceiling tile and grid, ceramic tile, ploymix, multi paint color selections, and an upgraded mill work package.

Project Description
Freeman Decorating Company is a 159,000 SF multiple use facility with 30,000 SF of corporate office, a large manufacturing area, and 74 loading dock stations to facilitate rapid loading and unloading of product on a daily basis. The load bearing exterior concrete tilt-up wall panels received applications of polished granite. High density foam shapes create a parapet cornice and architectural details around the veneered glass window systems provide an upscale image for the corporate facility.
