MANAGING DIRECTOR Ir Lok Wai Lun obtained his Bachelor of Engineering degree from National University of Malaysia (UKM) and he was awarded first-class honours degree. He is a registered practicing Professional Engineer with Board of Engineers Malaysia, Corporate Member of The Institution of Engineers, Malaysia and Member of The Association of Consulting Engineers Malaysia. He has more than 17 years of practical experience in a civil and structural consultancy office and extensively involved in civil and structural design for residential and commercial development, inclusive of local and master plan study. Throughout the years in civil and structural consultancy office, he has exposed to other engineering related works, such as major infrastructure local plan submission, site supervisory works, construction contracting management, design co-ordination works and development of computer-aided engineering drafting system. The major super-structure design works that he has undertaken comprise of low-rise to high-rise residential and corporate office buildings. The specific areas of experience include structural design and supervision for hotels, shopping complexes, housing development, condominiums, apartments, hostel, factories and local external infrastructures works, such as roads and drainage, water supply and sewerage reticulation. DIRECTOR Ir Choy Wai Kent obtained his Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) degree on year 2004 and his Master of Science (Structural Engineering) degree on year 2010. He is a registered Professional Engineer with Board of Engineers Malaysia and Corporate Member of Institution of Engineers, Malaysia. He has more than 11 years practical experience in civil and structural consultancy office and has been extensively involved in design and supervision of medium to large scale of high-rise structures with deep basement and foundation. He has comprehensive experiences in structural designs for high rise residential buildings, high rise commercial office tower blocks, retail shopping malls, institutional buildings and hotel suites. He has hands on experience in leading a RM500 million mega project with 50 storey high rise residential building and 6 storey deep basement.
