1. What is e-Statement? An e-Statement is a PDF version of your monthly credit card/-i statement. Instead of receiving a paper statement by mail every month, you will receive the statement in your email Inbox in a secured manner. The e-Statement will look exactly like the paper version. 2. What are the benefits of e-Statement?  Quick & Easy Access: Receive your e-Statement by email on time every month  Safe & Secure: It is sent directly to your email Inbox and the file is password protected  Statement History: Easy retrieval of your historical records from your email Inbox  Environmentally Friendly: e-Statements save paper, ultimately saving the trees!  Free of Charge: There is no extra cost to receive this service 3. When will the e-statement service made available to BSN Credit Card/-i members? The service will be made available beginning 17 December 2015. 4. Who can register for e-statement? All BSN Principal Credit Card/-i members can register for e-Statement. Cardmembers are encouraged to register to receive e-statements to avoid late or lost mails. 5. How do I register for e-Statement? BSN Credit Card/-i members can register for e-Statement via SMS. 6. Can my Supplementary Cardmember register for e-statement? Only the Principal CardMember can register for Supplementary CardMember(s) to receive eStatement. The same registration process applies (as mentioned in FAQ 5), but with the Supplementary Cardmember’s NRIC keyed-in. 7. When will I start to receive my e-statement? You will immediately receive an SMS acknowledgement from BSN upon successful sign-up. Your e-statement will start from the next statement cycle onwards. Every month, your credit card/-i statement will be delivered directly to your registered email. 8. How will I know when my credit card/-i e-Statement have been sent to my email Inbox? You will receive an email together with your encrypted PDF statement from BSN with the email address: [email protected] . To ensure you receive your e-Statement and to avoid the email from being directed to your spam or junk folders, we suggest that you add this email address to your address book/contact list.

9. Will my payment due date change if I opt for e-Statement? How long before I receive it? No, your payment due date will not change. You will receive it in your email Inbox within two (2) working days of your statement date. 10. Is it secure to have my credit card/-i statement sent to my email Inbox? Yes. Your e-Statement is sent to your email Inbox with password protection, only you will be able to view the statement. This will be further explained when you receive your e-Statement from BSN. 11. Do I need to pay any charges for this new e-statement service? No, this service is offered to you free of charge. 12. Will I still receive my paper statements by mail if I am registered for BSN e-statement? No, you will not receive any paper statements once you register for e-Statement. 13. Can I save a copy of my e-Statement? Yes. You can download and save the monthly e-Statement in your computer for your easy reference and retrieval any time you wish. 14. I have registered for e-statement. My statement date/billing cycle has passed but I have still not received my credit card/-i e-statement. What shall I do? Please contact our 24-hour Customer Service Centre at 1300 88 1900 or email us at [email protected]. 15. What should I do if I change my email address? You can update your new email address through the following channels: i) SMS by typing: STMT NRIC New Email Address.
