GREETINGS FROM NJH Everyone has a “Wish List,” especially teachers! Two years ago, we created the North Wish List in response to having taken drastic cuts in our supply budget as a means to save teaching positions in our building. When parents suggested we make a list of specific materials that they could donate, we got to work, and the generosity of our families was overwhelming. In response to last year’s Wish List, North received an array of supplies, from the very basic (kleenex, white board markers, etc.) to an electronic research system (SIRS) for the Media Center and DNA research kits for our Science department. Every department, every teacher, and every student benefited significantly from the Wish List donations! Because we have not been able to increase our supply budget to its original level, we are again asking you to help us re-stock our shelves. No donation is too small, and be assured, every gift helps North sustain its rich academic program. Please bring your donations to the front office, or, if you would prefer, you may send a cash donation. We will let you know what your donation actually purchased. For all your support, which is evident in so many ways, we thank you!
