1. Ambil 5μl cairan serum/plasma Dengan menggunakan mikropipet.
3. Tambahkan 4 tetes larutan pengencer Kedalam lubang pengencer.
2.Teteskan kedalam lubang sampel Berbentuk persegi yang bertanda ‘S’
4. Lihat Hasil Tes dalam 20 menit.
